The caseload will primarily involve coordinating services delivered through a detox center focused on holistic recovery and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children's development, establishing baseline capabilities and identifying areas for growth.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring personalized support strategies are designed with family collaboration.
\n
• Monitor and document outcomes as a team member, adapting strategies based on ongoing observations and family feedback.
\n
• Build rapport with children and families, creating a supportive atmosphere that encourages communication and engagement in the learning process.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to recommend tailored interventions and strategies for families to support their child's development.
\n
• Implement IFSPs for enrolled families, recommending the frequency of services tailored to the child's developmental status and family priorities.
\n
• Educate families on resources, skills, and strategies that enhance their child's development while complying with all relevant federal and state regulations.
\n
• Use the coaching model to facilitate natural environment teaching, empowering families to take part in their child’s growth.
\n
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards for all individuals you serve, prioritizing their well-being at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be supporting infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. Children in our programs are often navigating challenges in physical, cognitive, emotional, and communication skills during crucial developmental periods. Your expertise will help families navigate these hurdles, delivering support that enhances their child’s abilities within the natural learning environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver's license to support mobility when necessary.
\n
• At least one year of hands-on experience working with young children in early intervention settings.
\n
• Commitment to adhering to Natural Learning Environment Practices.

• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Care First Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
