This remote position allows for flexibility in scheduling, addressing the needs of clients during evenings and weekends as required. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather vital information regarding clients' mental health statuses, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to diverse client needs.

• Utilize specific therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, execute, and monitor individualized treatment plans that include specific goals and appropriate interventions to facilitate healing.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, and psychologists, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to ensure client stability and care.

• Maintain accurate documentation aligned with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that records reflect clinical interventions and client progress accurately.

• Facilitate impact-driven group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and emotional support groups that resonate with our diverse clientele.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals grappling with a variety of mental health conditions, particularly those in crisis or living with chronic illnesses. Special attention is given to clients who are experiencing emotional distress due to life transitions, grief, or trauma. As an LCSW at our facility, you will play a pivotal role in guiding these individuals toward improved mental health and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
