Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to identify clients' needs thoroughly.

• Develop customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their unique circumstances, objectives, and cultural backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings, including individual, couples, families, and groups.

• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients in immediate distress, coordinating seamlessly with other healthcare providers to maintain continuity of care.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with clinic standards and regulatory mandates.
\n
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage mental health challenges.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may consist of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Conduct regular outcome evaluations to assess the effectiveness of treatment modalities and make necessary adjustments to enhance client progress.

• Stay abreast of current research, emerging trends, and best practices in the mental health field to inform clinical practice effectively.

• Uphold the highest ethical standards, maintaining client confidentiality throughout all interactions.

In this role, you will primarily work with clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.

• Active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
