Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver cohesive care and ensure all aspects of clients’ mental health are addressed.
