Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients, working one-on-one and in small group settings to address therapeutic goals.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, creating integrated care plans tailored to meet their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, facilitating individual and family counseling sessions that foster growth, empowerment, and positive mental health outcomes.

• Coordinate with external agencies and service providers to facilitate access to comprehensive resources and referrals for clients and their families.

• Provide educational workshops and resources to school staff, enhancing their understanding and capacity to support students' mental health needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes using our electronic health record systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents in school settings who are battling significant mental health issues. You will engage with clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma-related experiences. Your role is vital in advocating for students and creating a supportive environment that encourages dialogue about mental health and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
