Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for clients experiencing severe emotional problems or mental illness, using evidence-based evaluation techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients who are experiencing significant mental health challenges, including those with cumulative trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, and severe emotional disturbances. You will interact with diverse populations, drawing from a deep understanding of various cultural backgrounds, to tailor your interventions effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required, along with a valid LCSW license in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.

• Demonstrated competency in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders.
\n
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex ideas and empathize with clients effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases with competing priorities.

• Knowledgeable about age-related and culturally-specific needs of diverse client populations.

• Fluency in English and Spanish will be considered a significant advantage.

Preferred Experience\n

Additional experience working with marginalized communities and knowledge of community resources will be beneficial. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is a plus. Experience with evidence-based practices, crisis intervention, and knowledge of trauma-informed care principles is highly desirable.
