Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you to work comfortably from your home while being an integral part of our hospice center workflows. With flexible scheduling options, you can choose between 4x10 or 5x8 shifts during our operating hours of 8 AM - 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions with a focus on a wide range of mental health issues.

• Interview clients to collect comprehensive social, personal, environmental, and health information necessary for effective treatment planning.
\n
• Evaluate and address psychological issues within your scope of practice by employing evidence-based techniques.
\n
• Develop and implement programs and interventions tailored to meet the diverse emotional and social needs of clients.

• Facilitate short-term crisis resolution and refer clients to relevant community resources when needed.
\n
• Build and maintain therapeutic relationships founded on trust, respect, and empathy.

• Assess the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on client feedback and clinical evaluations.

• Maintain accurate documentation and updates in client records while ensuring adherence to established protocols.

• Manage a caseload effectively, maintaining timely communication and follow-up with clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and may undertake additional duties as assigned.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will primarily focus on clients facing a variety of behavioral health challenges, including but not limited to depression, mood disorders, addiction, relationship issues, grief, and loss. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Currently licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia.

• Demonstrated experience in the mental health field, with a proven ability to assess and treat a range of psychological conditions.

• At least four years of clinical experience in social work or in related mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
