The successful candidate will enjoy the flexibility of a remote work environment while being part of a dynamic team committed to excellence. Positions are available within flexible shift schedules, offering options for four 10-hour days or five 8-hour workdays between the hours of 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, couple, and family psychotherapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques to meet client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to gather and interpret social, personal, environmental, and health information to tailor treatment plans effectively.
\n
• Evaluate clients’ mental health and behavioral issues, providing treatment that falls within the established scope of practice.
\n
• Coordinate and develop specialized programs and activities that address the emotional and social needs of clients.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive and behavioral health interventions, addressing crises and making referrals to community resources as necessary.
\n
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, fostering an environment of mutual respect and trust.
\n
• Assess the impact and effectiveness of treatment to inform future interventions and adapt care strategies.
\n
• Ensure all case documentation is completed timely, accurately reflecting services provided, in accordance with established protocols.

• Participate in continuous professional development and learn about the latest evidence-based practices in the field.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to fulfill organizational needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on serving a diverse patient population that includes children and adolescents within school settings, as well as families facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use, grief, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or equivalent field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant clinical experience is preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in addressing behavioral health issues, including mental health disorders, substance use problems, and family issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
