Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to identify the psychosocial needs of clients in detox.

• Develop individualized service plans (ISP) in collaboration with clients, families, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.

• Monitor client progress and outcomes, adjusting intervention strategies as needed to enhance effectiveness.

• Facilitate family support sessions to educate and empower families, helping them to understand the recovery process and available resources.

• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations concerning social work practices and ethical standards.

• Utilize electronic health record systems to document client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes efficiently.

• Build rapport with clients through active listening and compassionate engagement, fostering a safe space for open conversation about their challenges and goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
