Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your core tasks will include:

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to the histories and requirements of each participant.

• Providing education and support to clients' families to ensure they are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to aid in their loved ones' recovery journeys.

• Building rapport with clients and families to foster trust and a supportive environment conducive to healing and empowerment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on individuals undergoing detoxification and transitioning safely into recovery. The detox center serves clients facing challenges tied to substance use disorders, and part of your role will be to ease their journey and ensure they receive empathetic and informed support throughout their treatment. You will be responsible for fostering a safe space where clients feel valued and understood, creating a bridge between their current struggles and the support systems available.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
