Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their unique needs, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, focusing on trauma, anxiety, depression, and other challenges.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused brief therapy to enhance client engagement and recovery.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation according to HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, nurses, and addiction specialists, to ensure a holistic approach to each client's recovery journey.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the field of addiction and mental health to continuously improve best practices within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse client population in recovery from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n
