Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to formulate treatment plans tailored to each client’s individual mental health requirements, preferences, and goals.

• Facilitate psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address a wide range of psychological and emotional issues.

• Diagnose clients utilizing standardized psychological assessments and devise treatment plans with measurable outcomes focused on their recovery journey.
\n
• Facilitate crisis intervention, including comprehensive suicide risk assessments, ensuring clients receive appropriate referrals for hospitalization when necessary.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including counselors, physicians, and healthcare providers, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each individual.
\n
• Document all interactions and therapeutic interventions in client records, adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance clinical competencies and stay updated with current practices and guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults who are facing challenges related to substance use disorders, mental health conditions, or a combination of both. Many of our clients present with complex histories, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will have the opportunity to empower these individuals and families by providing empathetic care and support as they navigate their recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A current, valid LCSW license in the state of Colorado.
\n
• Proven ability to conduct assessments and develop effective therapeutic strategies for clients with diverse backgrounds and needs.

• Strong knowledge of clinical treatment methodologies and principles, especially in the area of substance use and mental health integration.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly and effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience providing mental health services in a therapeutic setting.

• Experience working in a substance use treatment or detox center is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in managing cases within a remote or telehealth environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
