Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work environment while still being an integral part of our multidisciplinary team. You will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals including psychologists, addiction counselors, and medical staff, focusing on a rich, supportive model of care that addresses both mental health and addiction challenges.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients entering the detox program, considering their personal histories, current mental health status, and the unique stressors associated with addiction and recovery.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, aimed at addressing dual diagnoses and supporting long-term recovery.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on emotional support, skill-building, and coping strategies tailored to the specific challenges faced by patients in detox.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during critical moments, utilizing de-escalation methods and making timely referrals for additional care when necessary.

• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care, coordinating efforts to support clients in their transition from detox to ongoing therapy and support services.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes following ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in continuous learning and development by participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and pursuing relevant training opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
