Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources, ensuring individualized treatment approaches.

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy, adapting techniques to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific goals and therapeutic needs, routinely monitoring progress to make necessary adjustments.

• Engage in collaborative care, working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to create a coordinated, client-centered treatment plan that addresses all facets of mental health.

• Deliver crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as needed, ensuring immediate support for clients in distress.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that empower participants through shared learning and peer support.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance and fostering accountability.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
