Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of patients’ mental health status to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Utilizing established tools and frameworks, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to diagnose and address mental health issues.

• Monitoring patient progress continuously and making necessary adjustments to treatment interventions to improve outcomes.

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate documentation of treatment records, adhering to departmental and regulatory standards.

• Collaborating with patients and their families to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with their needs and goals.

• Serving as a liaison between patients and other healthcare providers, coordinating referrals and facilitating connections for continued care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
