Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to guide treatment planning.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and circumstances, integrating cultural context effectively.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services and coordinate care for clients experiencing acute distress, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuous support.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, compliant with clinic protocols and regulatory standards.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with tools and knowledge to manage mental health challenges sustainably.

• Engage in routine outcome evaluations to assess therapy effectiveness, making adjustments to treatment protocols as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work is required.

• An active State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000 annually, reflecting the candidate's experience, education, and skill level.
