Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will engage with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health and substance use challenges. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patient needs and developing individualized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to each client's preferences and circumstances.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to professional standards.

• Collaborating seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure the holistic treatment of patients.

• Participating in regular case consultations, supervision, and peer reviews, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in care quality.

• Providing patients and families with education regarding mental health issues, treatment pathways, and accessibility of community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient demographic primarily consists of individuals in recovery from substance use or undergoing detoxification who also face concurrent mental health disorders. You will play a key role in supporting these individuals, helping them navigate their recovery paths, develop coping strategies, and reintegrate into mainstream society. You'll work closely with each client to empower them towards achieving sustainable mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting, preferably in substance use treatment and mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inner Growth P.C offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
