Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be integral to our treatment programs, responsible for a wide range of essential functions:

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing various mental health concerns.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to collect and interpret social, personal, environmental, and health information that may impact client wellbeing.
\n
• Evaluate and address mental health problems within your scope of practice, developing tailored treatment plans for each client.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health counseling, including short-term crisis intervention and referrals to community resources.
\n
• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients, fostering an environment of mutual respect and acceptance.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment services, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with established protocols.
\n
• Carry an active caseload, ensuring timely intervention and responsiveness to client needs.
\n
• May be assigned additional duties as needed to support team objectives.

Qualifications\n

To be eligible for consideration, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a relevant field of study.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas.

• Strong clinical skills and a solid understanding of therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be highly regarded:

• A minimum of four years of experience in a related field or direct clinical practice.

• Prior experience in counseling for behavioral health issues, including but not limited to mood disorders, substance abuse, family counseling, and grief therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers competitive annual compensation ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
