This role is designed for a telehealth setting that provides flexibility and convenience, allowing you to interact with clients from the comfort and safety of your own workspace. You will have the opportunity to work full-time with a schedule conducive to work-life balance, typically from Monday to Friday, while also offering part-time options available from Monday to Saturday based on team needs and your personal schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, leveraging modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Provide therapy services to a wide range of populations including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care strategies, ensuring holistic approaches to client treatment.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and effectiveness of client interactions.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training workshops to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a broad spectrum of individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, including direct patient interaction.

• Strong understanding of psychological principles, therapeutic techniques, and ethical standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 – $110,000 per year, complemented by additional performance-based bonuses.
