Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to identify client needs and craft personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on tangible outcomes.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting techniques to fit the individual needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of New Jersey.

• Minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertinent to mental health counseling practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
