Healing Springs Family & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our remote telehealth team. This full-time position allows the flexibility of working from home while making a difference in the lives of youth and their families through effective mental health counseling.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, developing rapport and fostering trusting relationships while upholding the highest professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, ensure stability, and facilitate timely discharges when appropriate.
\n
• Create, implement, and regularly review person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes for all clients, ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare standards.
\n
• Execute thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and design appropriate treatment strategies.
\n
• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based approaches to foster client growth and resilience.
\n
• Participate in individual supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to create a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on youth, providing therapeutic interventions for adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Our goal is to equip clients with coping strategies and tools necessary for a productive and fulfilling life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
\n
• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings.

• Proven ability to work with psychiatric patients and/or individuals dealing with substance abuse.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of one year of experience providing mental health services.

• Demonstrated skills in assessment, diagnosis, and both individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
