Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPCC at Hamilton Recovery, you will:

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing nurturing relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and plan for upcoming appointments or discharges.
\n
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of your clients.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for each client, including up-to-date progress notes and treatment records.
\n
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine their specific mental health needs.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions each week, employing various evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions and collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
