Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to ensure a therapeutic alliance.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to review progress, assess stability, and plan for potential discharge when appropriate.

• Design, execute, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered on each client's unique needs and goals.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for all client interactions in accordance with telehealth regulations.

• Perform initial intake assessments to determine client needs and appropriate treatment interventions.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices and methodologies.

• Engage in individual supervision and seek peer consultation to continually refine skills and approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
