Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Manage an assigned caseload of clients by establishing rapport and fostering positive, trusting relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, address concerns, and discuss upcoming appointments, including discharge planning when necessary.
\n
• Create, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
\n
• Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in individual supervision and participate in clinical development opportunities to enhance your skills and efficacy as a clinician.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on youth clients, providing therapeutic services designed to help adolescents and young adults navigate various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master's degree in Mental Health or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is required.

• Candidates must meet internal credentialing requirements for relevant clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals dealing with substance use issues is preferred.

• Experience conducting assessments and diagnoses, alongside providing both individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
