This remote position allows our counselors to operate in friendly, fully supported telehealth surroundings. Our excellent operational team aids in credentialing, intake scheduling, and billing, allowing our clinicians to focus solely on providing high-quality care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, building rapport and cultivating positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to ethical and professional standards.

• Regularly meet with clients to monitor therapy progress, discuss stability, schedule future appointments, and determine discharge readiness when appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and continually monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
\n
• Complete intake assessments and keep detailed, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client interaction.
\n
• Conduct individual therapy sessions as well as participate in individual supervision sessions to foster professional development.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care, sharing insights and feedback for enhanced treatment outcomes.

• Maintain a growth mindset, actively seeking out additional training, certifications, or educational opportunities to advance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be focused on youth mental health and will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing various mental health challenges. This role emphasizes creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered through their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field of mental health counseling.

• Current LPCC licensure in New York State.

• Proficient in meeting the internal credentialing requirements for clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of direct experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals struggling with substance abuse disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
