Work Environment\n

This is a remote position designed to provide counselors with the flexibility needed to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments. You will engage with clients virtually, utilizing state-of-the-art telehealth tools to conduct sessions. Although the work is primarily remote, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure our clients receive holistic care. Our outpatient office serves as a hub for community engagement and teamwork, even in our remote format.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and evaluations to develop customized therapy plans tailormade for each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a variety of mental health concerns.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, catering to clients’ diverse needs.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in documentation.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops to remain current with the latest mental health research and practices.

• Work collaboratively within a team of healthcare professionals to share insights and approaches to optimize client well-being and therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary responsibility will be to provide mental health services to a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will also focus on families facing relational distress or behavioral issues. Qualifications\n
