Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize telehealth software and virtual video tools to conduct therapeutic sessions with clients, ensuring a smooth and professional delivery of care.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and substance abuse issues, applying evidence-based methodologies to inform treatment plans.

• Engage with clients in weekly therapy sessions, focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other innovative interventions to support their emotional and mental well-being.

• Encourage clients to express and explore their feelings and behaviors, using active listening and tailored questioning techniques to facilitate personal insights and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with adults facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. Counselors will support individuals in navigating their struggles, working collaboratively to create personalized treatment goals that promote healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in counseling or a related field is required, accompanied by a valid and active LPCC license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
