Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients through detailed interviews and evaluations to develop effective treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples employing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, creating a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Contribute to ongoing training initiatives and attend workshops to stay updated on the latest mental health research and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, varying in age, background, and presenting challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A current, unrestricted LPCC license to practice in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
