Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide Counseling Services: Conduct individual counseling sessions, primarily focusing on women aged 35-55. Address a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Tailor individualized treatment plans for each client, ensuring that their specific needs and goals are incorporated. Your plans will reflect current best practices and therapeutic methodologies.

• Conduct Virtual Sessions: Use our secure telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions, adeptly managing technology to ensure client confidentiality and a seamless experience.

• Monitor Client Progress: Regularly evaluate client progress during sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Provide ongoing support and encouragement to help clients achieve their therapeutic objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing counseling to women aged 35-55, addressing the unique challenges they may face during pivotal life stages. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling (LPCC)

• Current, unrestricted, and active LPCC license
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
\n
• Skilled in completing intake assessments to identify client needs and determine appropriate therapeutic approaches

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal issues in counseling practice

• Able to work independently while also being an effective team player

Compensation and Benefits\n
