Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients to establish a customized treatment plan tailored to their individual needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy in individual sessions or group settings.

• Engage collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to support patients’ mental health journeys and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date clinical records.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions while modifying treatment strategies based on client progress and feedback, ensuring an adaptive approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving individuals and families with limited access to care, assisting clients facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• Minimum of two years of direct counseling experience; experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
