Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized therapy plans that cater to the specific needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-supported therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting your approach as necessary.

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions that facilitate open discussion and promote healing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive treatment strategies for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted LPCC licensure in California.
