Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine treatment needs and develop customized therapy approaches for clients.

• Provide both individualized and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and narrative therapy.

• Serve as a member of the credentialing committee, contributing your expertise in maintaining quality standards within the organization.

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings with psychiatric providers and clinical staff to align treatment strategies and share insights about client progress.

• Create personalized treatment plans, monitor client progress, and adjust therapeutic approaches based on patient feedback and outcomes.

• Utilize approved documentation systems to track and record therapy sessions, ensure compliance with industry standards, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
