Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring that all medical records are accurate and up-to-date according to regulatory standards.

• Participate actively in case conferences and multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, sharing insights and best practices to enhance client care.

• Develop and implement group therapy sessions and recreational activities tailored to the unique needs of clients, facilitating a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Embrace a coaching model and utilize natural environment teaching techniques to foster client engagement and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines to ensure holistic and integrated care for each client, addressing both mental and physical health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a diverse range of individuals struggling with various mental health challenges. You will work with children, adolescents, families, and adults experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Understanding the specific cultural and socioeconomic contexts of these clients is essential in delivering personalized and effective care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in a mental health or clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
