Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their psychological needs and create personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client demographic consists of stable, low-acuity adults facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, and grief. Importantly, our platform allows you the autonomy to select patient demographics that align with your expertise, ensuring you work within your comfort zone while effectively supporting patients.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possession of a full, independent Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California without any prior disciplinary actions.

• A stable and reliable internet connection, along with the necessary technology (working phone and PC or laptop—tablets not accepted) to engage with clients smoothly.

• Familiarity with mental health conditions commonly treated within a telehealth framework, particularly in adult populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Alongside a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to $100,000 annually, we offer a substantial sign-on bonus for selected candidates. As a full-time counselor, you will also receive a monthly healthcare stipend to further support your well-being.
