Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, with no required evenings or weekends, providing a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will play an integral role in our outpatient treatment program, focusing on individualized care for young adults aged 18 to 30. Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that foster community and support among clients, enabling them to share experiences and learn from one another.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling sessions to help clients explore their thoughts and emotions, develop coping strategies, and set actionable goals for their treatment.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and preferences.

• Monitoring Client Progress: Use assessment tools and client feedback to track progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborating with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other professionals in our multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, share insights on complex cases, and ensure comprehensive support for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom are navigating transitional life stages and facing mental health challenges. By providing empathetic and focused care, you will help these individuals develop the skills necessary to manage their mental health and achieve their goals. Our holistic approach considers the person as a whole, recognizing the importance of mental, emotional, and social factors in health and well-being.

• Licensure: A valid LPCC license is required to practice.

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is necessary for this role.

• Clinical Skills: Strong skills in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), along with well-versed documentation practices, are essential for success in this position.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
