This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your home while still being an integral part of a supportive team. You will work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, aligning your schedule with our regular clinic hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients where you will assess their mental health needs and design personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and motivational interviewing to help clients achieve their mental health goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals such as social workers and psychiatrists to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and organized clinical documentation utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems to accurately track client progress and treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
