Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage with individuals, couples, families, and groups to deliver therapeutic services, fostering a supportive and trusting environment conducive to healing.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes while adhering to legal and ethical standards to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive client care, leveraging diverse expertise to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain at the forefront of mental health research and practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will work primarily with diverse populations in the Anaheim area, focusing on individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health resources. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• An annual salary range of USD 70,000–90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseloads.
