Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients comprise diverse backgrounds, including individuals from various age groups, socio-economic statuses, and cultural identities. Many of our clients face significant barriers to care, including access and stigma associated with mental health services. As an LPCC at Open Doors Counseling Group, you will address a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse, helping clients navigate their unique challenges and work toward personal healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is required.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines governing mental health practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.
