Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Completing all client documentation promptly and accurately, adhering to regulatory standards and agency expectations.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support and intervention plans.

• Actively participating in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold quality standards within our services.

• Establishing collaborative relationships with local, state, and federal resource agencies to enhance client services and secure additional funding opportunities for our programs.

• Maintaining open lines of communication with clients and agency stakeholders to ensure adherence to contract standards and further the mission of CenCal Mental Health.

• Pursuing ongoing personal and professional growth through participation in conferences, workshops, and agency representation at relevant statewide meetings.

• Promoting and embodying the agency’s mission, values, and principles in every aspect of your work.

• Completing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with diverse populations facing an array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a related mental health field is required.
