Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPCC with Divine Mercy Psychiatry, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a range of clinical and administrative tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop appropriate treatment pathways.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans that align with therapy goals and client preferences through evidence-based practices.

• Providing psychotherapy primarily to individuals, with the option to extend your services to couples and families depending on your experience and interest.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in accordance with ethical, legal, and professional standards.

• Participating in optional peer consultations and team meetings to promote collaboration and share insights with fellow clinicians.

• Ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements set forth by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS), including continuing education for license maintenance.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A current, active LPCC license in the state of California.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• A solid understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices and diagnostic criteria, particularly the DSM-5.

• Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
