Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of one year of experience in addressing the needs of psychiatric patients and/or individuals in substance abuse recovery.

• Proven experience in conducting assessments, diagnosis, and both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Proficiency in using computers and basic keyboarding skills are essential for maintaining documentation and electronic records.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting is preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices in remote counseling is beneficial as it will enhance your ability to connect with clients effectively.

Hopestone Psychiatric Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a fee-for-service compensation model where payments are made promptly ahead of collections, we provide bonus opportunities for exceptional performance.
