This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Glendale, California, or anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Our outpatient office model means that all activities are conducted through our integrated online platform, which is designed to streamline communication and enhance engagement between you and your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for stable, low acuity adult clients.

• Utilize the platform's various tools, such as audio and video conferencing, online journaling, and goal tracking programs, to facilitate client progress.
\n
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling and appointment types to accommodate client needs and preferences.
\n
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
\n
• Engage with a community of colleagues for peer support, exchange of insights, and collaborative problem-solving.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on low acuity adults experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, and grief. The clients you work with have been screened to ensure that only those who are stable and in need of support are referred to you—no severe mental health cases or children will be part of your caseload.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A valid LPCC license in good standing, with no disciplinary actions.
\n
• Proven ability to use telehealth platforms effectively, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

• A strong commitment to providing culturally competent care to a diverse clientele.

• Reliable internet connection and a working PC or laptop (tablets not supported).

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a telehealth setting or familiarity with online counseling tools.

• Background in managing a diverse caseload with varying client needs.

• Interest in and understanding of current best practices in teletherapy and mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Full-time counselors will also receive a monthly healthcare stipend, supporting their well-being while they provide care to others.
