Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to establish treatment plans tailored to individual client's needs.

• Offer individual and group therapy sessions for teens and adults, focusing on healing from the effects of domestic violence.

• Provide Play Therapy for children, utilizing creative and engaging techniques to facilitate emotional expression and healing.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcome measures in accordance with ethical guidelines.

• Actively participate in clinical meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and strategize on client care to ensure the highest standard of service delivery.

• Develop and distribute community resources and referral services to support clients in accessing a broader network of care.

• Engage in crisis intervention and provide emotional support to clients in distress, ensuring their immediate safety and connection to ongoing services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will primarily work with vulnerable populations—including women and teens—who have experienced or are currently enduring domestic violence. The role requires a compassionate approach to therapy, understanding the complexities and emotional ramifications of their experiences, and advocating for their needs throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Hopestone Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000–105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
