Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of therapeutic techniques aimed at fostering client healing and empowerment. Key tasks include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions where clients can connect, share experiences, and learn from each other in a safe, supportive environment.

• Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized therapy sessions, focusing on each client's unique thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while helping them to develop targeted coping strategies and actionable plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish individualized treatment plans that are realistic, goal-oriented, and reflective of their specific needs and aspirations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 within an outpatient treatment program that employs evidence-based and holistic interventions. Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year.
