Work Environment\n

This position is designed to accommodate the demands of modern therapeutic practice by allowing counselors to work remotely while still engaging in collaborative care through our outpatient office. Regular hours will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring balance and structure within your workweek. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and initial evaluations to understand patient needs, establishing a clear picture for effective treatment planning.

• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure alignment with evolving therapeutic goals.

• Engage in continuous education to enhance your skills, maintain your National Certified Counselor certification, and ensure you are up-to-date with the latest mental health practices.

The primary focus of this role involves working with individuals affected by trauma, who may experience a variety of mental health challenges, including PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Active and valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credentials.

Compensation and Benefits\n
