Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize telehealth technologies, including video conferencing, to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring all interactions adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth Licensed Clinical Counselor, you'll primarily work with a diverse client population facing low-acuity mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and grief. You will have the autonomy to specialize in areas that align with your training and interests, ensuring you deliver tailored care to every client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling or a related field.

• Possession of an independent Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in good standing.

• Proficient computer skills, with a reliable internet connection for telehealth sessions.

• Please note that tablets are not permitted for use in professional sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive annual compensation package ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 based on experience and background.
