Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, identifying their strengths, challenges, and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to deliver effective individual and group therapy.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health professionals, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care to patients.

• Support patients and their families in understanding complex mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medications, ensuring they feel informed and empowered.

• Assist in the development of personalized treatment plans that incorporate patient goals and preferences, actively involving them in the care process.

• Nurture patient navigation through the mental health system, advocating for their rights and needs, thus simplifying their journey towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
