Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to fully understand clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, adapting approaches as necessary based on client feedback and progress.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, utilizing de-escalation strategies and safety planning.

• Remain current on best practices and emerging trends in mental health, integrating new knowledge into clinical work.

• Document and manage patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.

• Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and referral coordination.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultations to enhance therapeutic effectiveness and professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Proficiency with telehealth technologies and electronic health record systems to facilitate remote counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
