Work Environment\n

This position offers the advantage of working remotely via telehealth, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a flexible work schedule. You'll be able to contribute to your clients' mental health journey without the constraints of evening or weekend hours, as our schedule is set from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead interactive and supportive group therapy sessions, fostering communication and collaboration among young adults. These sessions will provide a safe space for clients to share experiences and support one another’s recovery journeys.

• Individual Therapy: Deliver tailored and empathetic one-on-one counseling services, guiding clients in exploring their personal thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, leading to the development of effective coping strategies and action plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to craft personalized and goal-oriented treatment plans that address their unique challenges, preferences, and aspirations, ensuring a holistic approach to their mental well-being.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and evaluate clients' progress, utilizing a variety of assessment tools and obtaining feedback to ensure the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team, participating in regular communication and care coordination to ensure comprehensive treatment that encompasses all aspects of clients’ mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults experiencing mental health challenges, including mood disorders and anxiety-related conditions. By providing supportive therapy and intervention strategies, you will play a crucial role in equipping clients with the skills needed for lasting recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Educational Background: Must hold a master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Licensure: Possess a valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) designation.
\n
• Clinical Experience: Demonstrated experience in treating clients with mental health or mood disorders, preferably within residential or outpatient settings.

• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, showcasing passion for our mission to inspire positive change.

• Clinical Skills: Proficient in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and thorough documentation processes.
