Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough Psychosocial Assessments to identify areas of need and prepare comprehensive clinical summaries that inform treatment plans.

• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client progress and treatment interventions, utilizing electronic health record systems to track outcomes efficiently.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment strategies based on client feedback and progress, ensuring a responsive and adaptive approach to care.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working alongside healthcare professionals including case managers, psychiatrists, and support staff to coordinate a holistic treatment experience for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adult clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Due to the clinic's focus on accessibility, clients will come from various backgrounds, including underserved populations who may face additional barriers to receiving consistent mental health care. This role requires sensitivity to diverse cultural experiences and an understanding of how social determinants impact mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LPCC license in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a counseling role, particularly with telehealth service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
